The???????????????? Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has unveiled new substantial changes to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in compliance with the new federal regulations and demands for fairness in public ????????????????contracting. 

The newly developed program includes new certification efficiencies for program participants, updated procedures for participation in projects, and enhancements to compliance monitoring for firms on federally funded MnDOT transportation projects.
