FAA Seeking Stakeholder Feedback on ACDBE Program

The Office of Civil Rights of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is looking to gather input from stakeholders to help them guide upcoming modifications and changes regarding its Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program.
The ACDBE program is connected across the country with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs that are run by each state’s DoT (and receive US DoT Federal Financial Assistance). However, the main administrative hub for the ACDBE is operated through the FAA.
