Forbes, in partnership with the market research agency Statista compiled the ranking based on an intensive survey of more than 45,000 employees at companies and agencies with employees ranging between 1000 to 5000.
The employees were surveyed on whether they were satisfied with their workplace environment and would recommend their company to family and friends. They were also asked to cite other employers and firms they would recommend. Based on their answers and votes, Clark Construction was chosen as one of America’s finest firms to work for.
